The Restore Balance campaign aims to change the state's policies and grow jobs in West Virginia by:

1. Educating the business community, media and general public about how state laws/policies, court decisions and court mandates are undermining job stability and curtailing employment growth.
   
2. Highlighting the need for specific legislative reforms on “out of step” laws and issues.
   
3. Focusing public scrutiny on the state’s judicial makeup and the need for change.
   
4. Mobilizing public opinion and generating local community support for the goals and strategic outcomes of Restore Balance West Virginia.
